Our Full Circle Procurement Solution harnesses the power of technology to offer companies a more streamlined set of business processes. A buyer can post requests for quotations (RFQ's) and requests for proposals (RFP's), invite suppliers to bid, distribute product information and specifications and manage their bids and supplier communications efficiently and effectively. RFQ's, RFP's, and bidding information, using paperless purchasing, greatly reduces supply cycle time, improves productivity, and increases quality due to reduced human error.

Plus, unlike other online e-commerce packages, Silantas' Web-based procurement approach is easy to use and doesn't require suppliers to purchase software or pay a connection fee in order to bid. Our Full Circle Procurement solution also offers buyers "total cost functionality." This allows buyers to make purchase decisions based, not only on price, but also on multiple criteria such as quality, delivery time, and customer service. Buyers are now able to compare competing bids online in real time and select a supplier based on a mix of priorities, that when combined, determine their total cost.

Full Circle Procurement reduces supply holding costs and enables accurate inventory management by smoothing fluctuations between supply and demand. It exposes products to a large number of buyers and sellers by displaying goods in an online format and lowers transaction costs through standardization and automation negotiation, product location, and transaction closing. Finally, it enables suppliers to capture the demand surplus and to obtain the highest price that the market will bear.
