Training Packages:
From the moment your auction site is ready to be customized, training is available. Training will last 3 to 5 lessons (depending upon your software package) unless other arrangements are made.
Training is available Monday through Friday 10am - 4pm EST by appointment. You may also call as needed, but be aware that trainers may be unavailable or have another appointment scheduled at that time. Special arrangements can be made for after-hours training and weekends depending on availability. Please consult your trainer.

Appointments will be made depending on the training style you wish to pursue. Telephone training in half hour or full hour increments with our training staff. During these training sessions you will cover as many sections as possible.
Telephone training with an incremental accumulation of training where your trainer teaches you a section and then allows you to utilize it. When you are finished, you call your trainer back and continue on after confirming that you understand the last section. This is accomplished in three 20-minute training increments throughout the day (3 - 20 Minute increments of training equals one training lesson.) This will allow you time to use what you have learned and works best if you are new to the Internet. Individuals learn at different levels and speeds and this may require the purchase of additional training packages.
Training is available for one designated person on your staff unless you purchase an extended training package. We will be happy to answer questions from multiple people but only one designated person will go through complete training. Training sessions will not be held without the designated person present. One on one training at Silanta Technologies' premises is available for $200 per hour or $1500 per 8-hour day. On site training at your location is available for $1500 per 8-hour day plus travel, food and lodging expenses.

Training included for: Enterprise, Platinum, and Excelsior Solutions: 5 - one (1) hour lessons. If you feel you need additional training and have used all your training increments. You will need to purchase additional training time.
