• Allows you to charge specific sellers (consignors) listing fees and/or a percentage of the sale... and these are adjustable.
• Sellers (consignors) can add, edit or delete items.
• Real-time status reports show sellers the activity on their items.
• Invoicing reports allow sellers to create invoices easily and accurately.

Auction Secretary™
Auction Secretary is a powerful suite of automatic utilities, designed to make your customers' auction experience easier.

• Outbid notice:
  Automatically sends e-mails to the customer if they are outbid on an item. They may turn this function on or off using the preferences menu within their Bidder Profile.
• BidFiler:
  BidFiler will keep track of the items your customers are high bidder on and compile a list of all the items they have bid on in the auction. The High Bid On and Bid List present the items in an easy-to-understand format. Your customers can monitor the activity of each item - and can bid right from this list. This is a favorite among auction bidders!
• Auction Minder:
  The Auction Minder lets you compose a letter to send to all registered customers at the push of a button. Notify them by e-mail when a new auction begins, when one ends or give them your news. Customers may turn this function on or off using the preferences menu within their Bidder Profile.

Auction Control Center™
Silanta Technologies comes with a fully integrated powerful suite of utilities, designed to make auction administration a breeze!

• Invoicing:
  Silanta Technologies comes with a powerful invoicing utility. You can e-mail and/or print one or all invoices, search and arrange invoices in a number of ways, edit invoices and delete invoices.  This utility will automatically calculate shipping and sales tax, and even set a buyer's premium if you wish.
• Layout:
  Silanta Technologies is designed to be flexible and can be customized to fit your needs. The layout utility allows you to control the look and feel of your auction. You can:
1. Specify photo, text, or SFT mode.
2. Use custom buttons or text links.
3. Customize the look and feel of the site - and of each category.
4. Sort your items several different ways (including alphabetically by title or by lot number).
5. Change colors, backgrounds and fonts.
6. Add HTML or JavaScript programming to your auction.
7. Use your own custom templates or select one of ours.
8. Add banners, so you can sell advertising in every category! Or use the banners yourself.
• Registration:
  The registration utility allows you to administer your registered auction bidder profiles and consignor profiles.
1. Add, edit, delete or block bidders and sellers.
2. Search for and customize bidder and seller settings.
3. Remove bidding/selling privileges as needed.
4. E-mail your bidders and sellers.
5. Change bidder and consignor passwords.
• Reports:
  The reports utility allows you to get stats and information about your auction at any time. Each report is searchable by lot number, category, all categories, consignor, and bidder.
• Items:
  The real-time items report will give you stats about a particular lot number, a particular category, all categories, a particular consignor or all consignors, and/or all items bid on by a single bidder. Each item in the report is linked to the profile of its bidder.
• Bidding:
  The bidding report will give you stats about all bidders on a particular item, a particular category, all categories, a particular consignor or all consignors, or all bids made by a particular bidder. Each item in the report is linked to the profile of its bidder.
• Stats:
  The stats report gives you real time statistics about items, consignors, categories or bidders. This powerful report is designed to be flexible and give you as much information about your auction as possible.

Toolbox

• The toolbox is a series of useful tools for administering your auction.
1. Add, edit, or delete items at any time, even during an auction!
2. Enter data for future auctions during the current auction.
3. Display items for future auctions.
4. Set the start and end time of your auction.
5. Send custom e-mail to your registered bidders and sellers.
6. Customize displays for individual items - not just individual categories.
7. Allows you to add secondary categories to each of your categories to be compatible with the Bidfind Search Engine.
